You will be able to: clearly identify the activities of logistics and have a notion of the Supply Chain; know the strategies applied to the function of procurement and how to apply them in practice; recognize in the procurement activity the differentiating factor and its adaptability to the market as well as its fluctuation; suggest and implement actions for the improvement of activity in the warehouse and the management of the flow of materials(int./ext.); know the importance of the transport activity within Supply Chain management; plan and operationalize the definition of export strategies by recognizing the main entities in the international logistics process; know the present and future challenges of logistics in the present decade.
Framework
The Executive course in Company Logistics Management aims to consolidate and develop skills in the areas and activities related to logistics and Supply Chain Management. Logistics is a functional transversal area to all organizations- regardless of the sector of operation-and assumes great importance and criticality in the industrial context (productive).
Understanding the importance of logistics and its efficient management is leveraging improvement in efficiency which have an impact on the company’s results. As our trainer Miguel Silva says “we all work in logistics – some are knowledgeable in it, some aren’t…”
