  • Final evaluation of each module is based primarily on the analysis of case studies. The discussion and assessment of real cases with practical interest are privileged.

Framework

The Executive course in Company Logistics Management aims to consolidate and develop skills in the areas and activities related to logistics and Supply Chain Management. Logistics is a functional transversal area to all organizations- regardless of the sector of operation-and assumes great importance and criticality in the industrial context (productive).

Understanding the importance of logistics and its efficient management is leveraging improvement in efficiency which have an impact on the company’s results. As our trainer Miguel Silva says “we all work in logistics – some are knowledgeable in it, some aren’t…”
